Christine Van Tuyl is an award-winning real estate agent with Prudential California Realty in Coronado, CA. Christine is one-half of a mother-daughter real estate team with Coronado roots going back 75 years. Christine Van Tuyl is in the top 8% of Prudential realtors nationwide, winning the Honor Society Award for 2009, and the Leading Edge Society Award for 2008 and 2007.

A graduate of University of California, San Diego, Christine Van Tuyl brings more than 10 years in marketing, advertising and public relations experience to her career as a real estate agent. Christine specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Coronado and all over San Diego County.

Christine specializes in using the latest technology to bring buyers closer to finding the house of their dreams, including using ASAP Property Email Alerts, Short Sale and Foreclosure Alerts, and the Coronado Best Buys List. For sellers, she heads up all home marketing and advertising, as well as online marketing, such as creating individual websites for each home listed and saturating the internet with home photos and information. Christine heads up the Coronado home blog located at Trulia, and has contributed pieces to Realtor Magazine and industry blogs across the nation.

Christine enjoys snowboarding and painting, is an active member of Coronado Stroller Strides, Southwestern Yacht Club, and supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
