Margaret La Grange an award-winning real estate agent with Prudential California Realty in Coronado, CA. Margaret is one-half of a mother-daughter real estate team with Coronado roots going back 75 years. Margaret La Grange is in the top 8% of Prudential realtors nationwide, winning the Honor Society Award for 2009, and the Leading Edge Society Award for 2008 and 2007.

A southern California native, Margaret La Grange grew up spending her childhood summers in Coronado and made the island her permanent home in 1992. For the last decade, she’s enjoyed an active lifestyle on the island, helping clients find—and sell—beautiful homes all over San Diego County.

As a real estate broker, Margaret heads up negotiations for buyers and sellers, securing the most favorable terms and pricing. She manages transactions from the point of sale to close of escrow, assisting with inspections, appraisals, and lending issues.

An avid tennis player, Margaret is also a member of the San Diego Museum of Art, the San Diego Zoological Society and serves as secretary-treasurer of the Cottage Conservancy Board of Coronado.
